  • Description: The Library has four Bloomberg terminals which provides access to the Bloomberg Professional service, located on the Data PCs in the group study areas on the 4th floor of the library. These operate on a first come first served basis. Bloomberg is restricted to LSE staff and students. Users need to create their own login details for Bloomberg. Instructions on how to do this are located on the wall behind the terminals or can be found in the Library Companion for Data Users on Moodle (see Links).
    Contains near real-time and historical financial information on individual equities, stock market indices, fixed-income securities, currencies, commodities, and futures for both international and domestic markets. It also provides company profiles and financial statements, analysts' forecasts, news on worldwide financial markets, and audio and video interviews and presentations by key players in business and finance. It is possible to download data into Excel.
